Subscriptions purchased from the mobile applications are collected by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play), under those platforms’ own terms: in that case we neither receive nor store any payment card details.

The content you create, import or publish through SpeedPost remains yours. The terms of use of the service, including the licence granted to the user and what happens to their content, are set out in our terms of use and sale.
Dispute resolution
If you run into difficulty, write first to contact@speedpost.fr. The available remedies, including for a cross-border dispute within the European Union, are set out in section 15 of our terms.
Reporting content
Content you believe to be unlawful can be reported to contact@speedpost.fr. We handle such reports promptly.
Account deletion
The procedure for deleting your account and your data is described on the account deletion page. It is also available directly in the application, under Settings → Delete my account, and erases the data of all four products in a single operation.
